eDoc’s Newest Location - Lincoln, Nebraska

eDocument Resources is excited to announce our newest office location: Lincoln, Nebraska

eDocument Resources, headquartered in Minnetonka, MN, has recently opened a new office in the historic Color Court building in downtown Lincoln, NE to expand the eDoc Nebraska team. Located at the south end of Lincoln’s historic Haymarket District, the office is within walking distance of many clients served by the Nebraska Team.

Originally home to the Lincoln Paint and Color Company, the Color Court building is a four story brick building built in 1900.  The eDoc Nebraska team occupies the third floor.

The space is laid out to encourage and enhance collaborative work.  Multiple conference rooms replace closed offices and the Solution Analysts work out of the group “bullpen.”  A portion of the office space is unfinished to allow for expansion as the team grows.

A deck offers views of downtown Lincoln including the new Pinnacle Bank Arena and the HuskerVision big screen at the University of Nebraska’s Memorial Stadium.  Most members of the Nebraska Team are Cornhusker fans and are looking forward to hosting pregame tailgates this fall.

Renovated in 2009, Color Court building is the first LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certified Platinum historic renovation in Nebraska.  The building has a green roof, rainwater capture system, lots of natural light, geothermal HVAC systems and numerous other environmentally friendly features.
